Conceptual Design Presentation for Barton Boulevard – an exclusive development next to the Georgian Bay Club.

This large ravine lot overlooking Georgian Bay was a prime canvas to work on! The expansive rear area of the large lot was divided into 2 distinct areas by a rustic free-standing gabion wall – one side for outdoor living – and the other side left more natural with a pathway leading to a fire pit/lookout.
